We started our journey in November 2011. Our vision was to serve fresh and authentic Italian food made using high quality ingredients.

Pepenero was one of the first places in bristol to start serving vegan pizza and today the menu offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian options alongside the meat dishes.

The pasta is freshly made and the sauces are prepared in the house too. Our authentic Italian gelato together with a wide range of cakes and pastries are also homemade.

In 2015, Pepenero started serving pizza within the beer emporium in King street and in 2016 began a successful 4 years trading at the full moon in stokes croft.

2018 a Pepenero pizza truck lit up its wooden fire pizza oven in the middle of the city serving pizza by the slice on the go and started to be used for various events such as weddings and private parties.

In 2020, Pepenero 4 you was launched in bs5 to deliver fresh pizza and pasta straight to our customers’ homes, for the whole period of the lockdown and in October 2021 a brand-new venue opened its doors in Cheswick village, North Bristol.
